- paid advertisments on other websites and in the press in Nothern Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Canada, USA, Germany, Poland and/or other countries
Cleaning service price list:

2 bedroom apartment 65 GBP
3 bedroom apartment 80 GBP

Please note, that all bedding is proffessionally cleaned and ironed and we charge 10 Euro per sleeping space for the laundry service - this should be paid by tenant on arrival - should you wish to cover this cost by yourself please let us know in advance. Please inform your tenant of this charge otherwise we will have to add it to your bill.
Please note that we will charge your client a fee for arrivals and/or departures during unsociable hours.
Should you need only 1 or 2 of the following services:
- key holding (annual fee 150 GBP)
- 12 monthly inspection visits to your property (120 GBP)
- advertisment of your property on our website (30 GBP)
- paid advertisments on other websites and in the press (60 GBP)
- mail collection (all incoming bills will be scanned and send via e-mail) (60GBP)
- Ryanair advertising (between 60GBP and 120GBP)

Need a deep clean or snagging reports at a reasonable cost?
Many people who have purchased their property in Italy do not have a time to come here just before the complition to check what is the final finished state of their new property and if there are any defects which should be pointed out to the developer before the contract is signed.
The cost of snagging inspection and written reports supported by detailed pictures is £150 + 20%VAT and is payable before such an inspection is undertaken. If further works are to be carried out by the developer after the first visit, we offer a second snag report for the additional cost of £75 + 20%VAT to ensure the works have been carried out correctly, should it be necessary.
Deep Cleaning Service

If you have a new property coming to completion soon and are looking to install furnitures then your property will probably need a deep clean. This will allow the property to be ready for installation of the furnitures.
The deep clean is necessarily to remove paint, cement, product stickers off tiles and windows.
This process usually takes between 1 and 2 days depending on the size of the property and this work needs to be scheduled in advance.
The cost of internal deep clean depends on the size of the property.
