We at Calabrian Invest are able to assist developments with their condominium needs. We are able to make new condominiums or manage existing condominiums.
Here is a brief outline of what we can provide as a condominium management service.
We at Calabrian Invest, based in Pizzo are providing management services since March 2008 and has steadily increased in size year on year. We can offer a wide range of services from construction, decorating, cleaning, pool maintenance, furniture, gardening, sales, rentals and have recently formed a partnership with Ryan Air Villas and Apartments.
Once we have been asked to submit a quotation we would visit the development to familiarize ourselves and take notes and pictures. We would then present a quotation for each apartment based on what is known here in Italy as millesimi. We would also present a breakdown of costs for the development, labour, materials and also a schedule of times or visits per week/month.
