Snagging Reports
Many people who have purchased their property in Italy do not have a time to come here just before the complition to check what is the final finished state of their new property and if there are any defects which should be pointed to the developer before the contract is singed.
We provide the service to the new owners of the properties in Calabria and Cosenza based on snagging inspection and reports with numbers of pictures taken to give you a good idea of any defects visible at the stage of visit. By finding those defects and detailing them in our reports we help you to save a lot of time and money and to avoid all the stress involved.
The cost of snagging inspection and written reports supported by detailed pictures is €150 + 20% IVA and is payable before such an inspection is undertaken. If further works are to be carried by the developer after the first visit, we offer 2nd snag report for the additional €75 + 20%IVA to ensure the works have been carried out correctly.
